Travel quotes greatly depend on the products and services that are requested and the number of days included on a specific tour. To have a good idea of how much your trip to Peru may cost you, take into consideration the following:

A. The types of selected and available hotels.
B. The types of air and land transport.
C. The number of visiting and entrance fees.
D. The number of members in every family or organized group
E. The time of year your trip takes place (high or low season)

To precisely prepare your quotes it would be helpful for us to know:

The hotels in Peru are classified by number of stars and they do not always follow the procedures for the international standards.  Nevertheless, the categorization and the costs have been adapted to the kind of services they provide. As personal counselors, we will find the best hotels to suit your requests and needs. If by chance you have a well-recommended hotel it is not a problem to help you reserve a room in that particular hotel. The categories are: 5 stars, Villas, 4 stars, 3 stars, Hotels, familiar Inns and any other kind of accommodations.

To be able to visit the different archeological tourist places and natural interest sites, it is necessary to buy one o more entrance tickets. These tickets are included as part of the formal tours (General Tourist Entrance Ticket) and students pay 50 % less, showing the international student green card together with an ID.  In addition, children less then 10 years old do not pay the entrance fee. The entrance ticket provides access to: Museums, Churches, Convents, Tourist Places, Natural Reserves, The Inca Trail and more.

Train tickets are different and they are classified according to the services provided in each train. The first class service is only given on the Andean Explorer train that covers the route CUSCO - PUNO - CUSCO, the first class Hiram Bingham Train covers the CUSCO - MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO route as well as the more economic VISTADOME, BACK PACKER and ECONOMIC train tickets.

There are several land and air transport companies in the Peruvian territory that cover all the local, regional and national routes. The types of transport are: Plane, Light aircraft, Helicopter, Private Bus, Collective Bus, Tourist Bus, Light trucks, Taxis, Tricycles, Boats, Sliders and more.

One of our tour conductors (OPTIONAL) will be our representative who will accompany the groups in the long or average journeys.  He or she is in permanent communication with you and the head office and takes care of all the pre-established services and the quality and the development of safety conditions for the group. He or she suggests the best optional leisure tours, is available to translate, to draw attention to unique souvenirs and especially available to solve any little problem that may occur during the trip.
